I have now completed two tours with Intro - Intro Vietnam in 2019 and Sri Lanka Experience in 2022 and both were excellent. Tours are well organised, with helpful guides, and so much is included in the cost of the trip!

My highlight in Vietnam was a stay on a private island in Ha Long Bay. The trip had great varied accommodation between hostels, home stays, hotels, and a luxury boat in the bay.

Our tour in Sri Lanka was somehow even better. Prasad was our leader and he brought so much energy, passion, and knowledge to the tour. We experienced so much in such a short space of time from temples, to hikes, surfing, an elephant safari and more. So much was included but we also had down time to chill on the beach, in the pool, or to do our own activities.

The behind the scenes staff are also lovely and always very helpful on their web chat.

Overall if you’re looking for a tour company with lots of inclusions on their tours so you can just switch off and enjoy your trip, I highly recommend Intro!

The whole tour was incredible from start to finish, I did the Thailand and Vietnam tour for 29 days! I had a leader for both countries, I had Ben Paddock and Brad Fordham and they were both incredible, made everyone feel so comfortable and at ease within the group and had such a laugh with both of them! we were a large group of 24 which was unusual for intro and I was a bit concerned at the start but it just meant I had more people to make amazing memories with and made friends for life!
There was so much included within the trip, all the activities were amazing and some time for yourself too! You get to see all about the countries from rural to the built up cities and have experiences with all the locals. Before going out there I was a little concerned about the food and if I’d like the Thai and Vietnamese dishes but there was so much local foods to try which were all amazing but there was always options for western food if you didn’t want it which put me at ease! I’d definitely recommend this trip 1000% to anyone thinking of traveling, it’s such a good starter to what it’s like to travel by yourself! Ben and Brad was telling us about their solo traveling and giving us information that would help us if we wanted to carry on by ourselves which boosted my confidence to wanting to do it next year! My favourite memories from the trip was probably Ninh Binh from the amazing local home stay in the valleys to the cycling through the rice paddies and also in Chiang mai visiting the elephant sanctuary, I felt so incredibly lucky to be where I was with such amazing people having the most amazing experience!
