"Good trip, but it felt a bit rushed"
I did the Thailand trip the places we visited were really beautiful, especially the islands. A lot of the activities were fun too, but a few stops felt super quick, like we barely had enough time to just chill and take it all in.
The host was really friendly and helpful, which I appreciated, but the schedule felt a bit too packed for me. Overall it was a good trip, just not quite as relaxed as I was hoping for.

"Easy airport pickup"
Whoever runs this made the whole airport pickup surprisingly easy. My driver was right on time, which made getting out of the airport way less stressful...

"I had a good time with Intro..."
I had a good time with Intro Travel overall. The trip was well organised, and the guides were friendly and helpful, which made things easy. That said, I did feel like it was a bit expensive for what was actually included, especially once a few extra costs came up along the way. I wouldn't say I regret going, but personally, I expected it to feel like better value for the money.

"Helpful support before my trip"
I haven’t actually travelled yet, but so far Intro Travel has been really easy to deal with. I was feeling worn out from all the back-and-forth that usually comes with booking stuff, so it was a relief that their emails were clear and they replied quickly. They answered my questions without making it feel like a hassle, and it definitely helped me feel less stressed about getting everything sorted.

"Really happy with my trip"
I had such a great time on my Intro trip... everything felt super easy from the beginning, and it was really nice not having to stress about planning every little detail.
Our group leader was really friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. The whole trip had a good balance of fun activities and some more relaxed moments too, which I appreciated.
I also met some genuinely lovely people along the way... it made the experience even better. I’d definitely book with introtravel.com again.

"Felt safe the whole time"
I booked with introtravel.com and felt really looked after from the start. I was nervous about going on my own, but the group leader was super easy to talk to and checked in without making it feel awkward.
Everything felt really organised, from the airport pick-up to the transport and the places we stayed. Any time someone had a question, they replied quickly, which made a lot of the usual travel stress feel totally avoidable.
Overall, it made the whole trip way less stressful for me. I felt safe, supported, and like there was always someone to ask if I needed help. I’d definitely use them again.

"Perfect for a Solo Trip"
I went on my own and felt comfortable right away. It was really easy to meet people, and I never had that awkward solo-travel feeling for long. By the end, I just felt glad I’d gone and would definitely do it again.

"Quick, friendly, and actually helpful"
I had a couple of questions before booking the team got back to me way faster than I expected, especially with the time difference and all that. The replies didn’t feel like some generic copy-paste thing either, which I really appreciated.
It just made the whole booking side of things feel a lot less stressful. Everyone was super friendly, easy to chat with, and yeah, I’d definitely be happy to use Intro Travel again.

"Nice trip overall, but a little rushed"
I had a good time on the trip, and the itinerary was solid—well, actually, some parts felt a bit too crammed in once we got going. A few days were packed back-to-back, and it got kind of confusing trying to keep up. I just wish there had been a little more free time between activities to relax or explore on our own.

I really enjoyed this trip. There were so many great activities already included, and they made it super easy to meet people without feeling awkward. I also loved not having to plan much myself, which was exactly what I needed. If this trip is anything to go by, I’d definitely expect their other trips to be just as easy and fun

"Clean and comfy, which was a relief"
I’m usually the one who ends up with the dodgy room or some random problem, so I was expecting something to go wrong. But the accommodation was clean and comfy, better than I expected tbh. The rooms were simple, but they had what we needed, and the locations were handy. No big issues for once, and I slept well most nights. Overall, I was really happy with it.

I’m usually a bit slow to warm up to new people, so I wasn’t sure how I’d go, but everyone clicked so quickly. After a day it felt like I was travelling with friends. Such a relaxed, fun atmosphere

The buses and pickups always showed up on time, so I didn’t have to worry about waiting around or figuring things out last minute. It made the whole trip feel a lot more relaxed.
